1. Acceptance of terms

If you engage us for paid services, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be set out in a separate signed proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over this page in case of conflict.

2. Our services

Fintech24h provides Blockchain & AI marketing services, including KOL & Influencer Marketing, PR & Media, Community Growth & Management, Event Marketing, AI Marketing, and Business Development. Service availability, packages, and pricing referenced on this website are indicative and may change without notice; a formal quote is confirmed only in a signed proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project, product, and business
• Ensure your project's marketing, fundraising, and token-related activities comply with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction you target
• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and assets needed for us to execute campaigns
• Not use our services to promote fraudulent, misleading, or illegal offerings

4. Fees & payment

Fees, deposit requirements, payment schedule, and accepted currencies (including USD and USDT) are specified in the individual proposal or service agreement signed with each client. Cryptocurrency payments carry inherent price volatility risk between invoicing and settlement, which is the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No financial or investment advice

Fintech24h is a marketing agency, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment firm. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any token or security. You are solely responsible for evaluating the legal and financial implications of your own project.

6. No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes such as media placements, KOL reach, community growth, engagement rates, and fundraising introductions depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, publications, and market conditions. Any figures, case studies, or metrics shown on this website are illustrative of past engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your own brand, product, and materials you provide to us. Fintech24h retains rights to its proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal tools. Campaign creative produced specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information shared in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services.

9. Third-party services

Delivering our services may involve independent third parties — influencers, media outlets, exchanges, launchpads, venture capital firms, and platform tools such as Calendly, HubSpot, and Google. Fintech24h facilitates these introductions and coordination in good faith but is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or terms of third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintech24h's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
